The announcement bring the company a step closer to mass producing vaccine for the deadly disease which infects 14 thousand people every day.

The 52 week technical chart shows weakness as stock is trading below both 50 day and 200 day moving average with MACD below 0. However KD and RSI show the stock may be ready for a rebound.

Financial
The company posted consecutive annual revenue decline and the revenue in 2005 probably will not be any better. The increase in cash probably comes from the sell of the company's common stocks as the company is still generating net loss. To trim the overhead the company cut its work force by 27% last week.
