KD on the other hand is at a critical point as K line has touched D line. If K line continues to go up above D line then we will have a confirmed rally otherwise the stock will continue the slide. The technical chart shows the stock could be on a bear market rally as K line has rose on top of D line while MACD and signal line are both below 0. Although the stock is back above 50 day moving average, since the 50 day MA is pointing down there is slight weakness for the long term. The technical chart shows the stock is in a strong bull market as the K line is on top of D line and MACD is on top of signal line. In addition the long term trend is positive as the stock is on top of 50 day and 200 day moving average as 50 day MA is on top of 200 day MA.
